no matter what happens in this movie, we know how the story ends.
it ends with victor and yuuri meeting each other, and falling in love, and getting engaged, and loving and trusting and supporting each other, and spending the rest of their lives together.
however sad victor’s backstory may be, whatever loneliness he had to endure in his adolescence, we know there’s a drunk boy in a ballroom waiting for him a few years down the line who is going to bring him so much happiness and joy and life and love.
and we get to see the road that lead him to the ballroom and man. i am just so excited.
