After Frigga dies, Loki doesn’t really get touched as much. Sure when he’s Odin there’s the odd handshake once or twice a week, from a politician, or perhaps a brush from a passing servant, but no longer does anyone give him gentle kisses on his forehead or a small caress on the cheek with a fond smile.
Instead he gets tight false grins from his advisors, ass kissers that they are. He doesn’t get the small touches and holding which his mother, and only his mother would supply.
He couldn’t very well go up to the warriors three or Sif and ask for a quick cuddle.
Of course, on Sakaar that was different. as soon as the Grandmaster offered affection Loki snatched it up quicker than a starved Bilgesnipe, drinking in the small pats on the cheek he would get or the simple caresses on his spine. Yes he was a play thing, he knew and understood that, but how could he care when he was finally being held and kissed and loved after being denied it for so long?
And so he leaned into the touches, responded to the kisses and smirked at the groping because damnit it was so good to finally be touched in some way. He enjoyed the way that the Grandmaster would sometimes, without warning, wrap his arms around Loki’s waist and pull him into some secluded corner, just to feel him.

I’ve thought this for a while, but Victor really does have a good handle on his temper.
You can tell he gets peeved, but he never once loses his cool. Twice with Yuuri, we’ve seen Victor with a decent reason to be a little cross. Instead, he responds cheerfully. We see him act in a similar manner with Yakov, who is not very kind in his words to Victor but still receives kindness in return. Even when Yurio kicks him in the back repeatedly (ouch!), Victor does not immediately lose it.
