this is the most sophisticated phishing e-mail I have ever received and if they had sized the logo correctly and actually proofread the fucking thing I probably would’ve clicked that button
actually please reblog this because someone else got it too. do not click on the links in this e-mail if you get one like it, just forward it to spoof@paypal.com and delete it
Alright so I need to reblog this because I just received this same exact email and I came very close to falling for it. I was checking my email on my phone and didn’t quite catch the incorrect logo. What more, I haven’t updated my new card information to my Paypal account for a month or so, which left me assuming that Paypal was demanding that I update my information on my account.
Please stay safe with this shit.
I’ve gotten these too they look real but they’re just a little OFF. Mine told me i had to change my password but when I logged into my actual account there were no issues and no notifications of the sort
